This Plan must show drainage, driveway access <br /> details (including gates) , on-site parking, signs, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, fencing, and <br /> grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST" for <br /> details) . A fee is required for the Site Plan review <br /> (Development Title Section 9-884) . Demolition and/or <br /> removal of the site ' s existing church and residence shall <br /> be subject to securing Demolition and Moved Building <br /> Permits from the Building Inspection Division. <br /> e. BUSINESS LICENSE. The applicant shall secure an approved <br /> Business License for the approved child care facility <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. The Business License <br /> may be obtained concurrently with the building permit <br /> application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance <br /> Code) <br /> f . SERVICES. The approved use shall connect to a public <br /> water system, a public wastewater system, and a drainage <br /> system that complies with the provisions of Section 9- <br /> 11135 . 3 (b) of the Development Title. <br /> g. PARKING and SURFACING. Off-street parking shall be <br /> provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained <br /> with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a <br /> durable, dust-free surface. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> (2) Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015 . 5) <br /> (3) Parking shall be provided as follows: a minimum of <br /> 57 automobile parking spaces shall be provided for <br /> the 33 approved residential units, and ten <br /> dedicated automobile parking spaces shall be <br /> provided for the day care facility. The project is <br /> not required to provide covered parking spaces for <br /> the residential units.
