To Development Committee <br /> From: Richard Larrouy <br /> Sub : UP-95-11 (ACLC) <br /> Date: August 25 , 1995 <br /> Page: - 5 - <br /> (1) A minimum ten-foot-wide landscaped strip, <br /> respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Plymouth Road, shall be installed across the <br /> frontage of the project site prior to issuance of <br /> the Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, <br /> driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage <br /> areas, or other permanent facilities shall be <br /> landscaped. <br /> (3) The resident parking area shall be landscaped as <br /> specified in Section 9-1020. 6 of the Development <br /> Title. That parking area shall be provided with a <br /> minimum of five percent landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. At a <br /> minimum, one tree shall be planted for every ten <br /> parking spaces in the resident parking area and <br /> shall be evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. <br /> (4) Planters which abut parking stalls shall be a <br /> minimum of five feet wide. A minimum 18-inch-wide <br /> paved strip shall be added to the adjacent parking <br /> stall to allow access to and from vehicles. <br /> (5) Street trees are required as specified in Section <br /> 9-1020 . 4 of the Development Title. <br /> M. ARCHITECTURAL REQUIREMENTS: The dwelling units shall <br /> comply with the following architectural design <br /> requirements, and details shall be included on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Buildings shall be arranged so that each dwelling <br /> unit in multi-family structures is provided with <br /> its own identity and entry. <br /> (2) Buildings shall be designed to incorporate in all <br /> building elevations the recesses, projections, <br /> building offsets, and other features that provide <br /> variety and visual relief. <br /> (3) At least 225 square feet of private, fenced open <br /> space shall be provided for each approved dwelling <br /> unit. <br />
