The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application. (The fee currently is $1, 305 per dwelling <br /> unit and $197 . 91 per daily trip-end generated by the child care <br /> center in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) A credit for <br /> the church and residence may be allowed if it can be verified they <br /> have been used since April 23 , 1990 . <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304 R-91-1025, R-93-167 and R-94-174) <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for this development . The fee is due and payable prior to <br /> issuance of the building permit . The fee currently is $1, 390 .46 <br /> for the first unit and $417 . 15 for each additional unit and <br /> $290 . 00 per 1, 000 square foot of the child care center. The fee <br /> shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through <br /> the year 2005 at the rate of 7 . 66 percent . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818 . 4 and Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 5 . Buy-in fees for the Pacific Gardens Sanitary District shall be <br /> paid prior to issuance of the building permit . <br /> 6 . A traffic study shale be required to address the impacts to <br /> Plvmouth Road and Alpine Avenue, Plymouth Road and the <br /> Interstate 5 interchange, and to March Lane, which is a Congestion <br /> Management Program Route. Any mitigations required by the traffic <br /> study shall be provided by the applicant .
