PA-03-597 (SA) <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department does not support chemical toilets as the only <br /> means of human waste disposal. The site should contain a restroom with hand-washing <br /> facilities. <br /> D. The number of animals per acre shall be consistent with appropriate waste management <br /> practices. A manure management plan shall be submitted for approval to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. A review fee of$186.00 is applicable at the time of submittal. <br /> Compliance with San Joaquin County Development Title 5, and the California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 15, Article 6 shall be addressed in the manure <br /> management plan <br /> E. The Environmental Health Department requires the abandoned well(s) be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> F. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />
