Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be <br /> in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> B. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. <br /> A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services are either bonded for <br /> or are in place, prior to final approval. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1120.2). <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory.
