RESTRICTED MATERIALS PERMIcontinued Page# : 7 <br /> PODESTA FARMS, FRED Permit# : 39-99-3900351 <br /> CONDITION - P <br /> General <br /> Inadditionto all applicable laws, regulations, label restrictions and other <br /> more restrictive conditions of this permit, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO <br /> APPLICATIONS COVERED BY THIS PERMIT. <br /> 1 . Maximum wind velocities for applications of Restricted Materials unless <br /> otherwise covered by the label, law, regulation, other permit conditions <br /> or environmental conditions at the application site are : <br /> a. Spray - 12 m.p .h. <br /> b. Dust - 8 m.p.h. <br /> C . Pellets, granular or baits - 16 m.p.h. <br /> i' 2 . No pesticide application shall be made or continued when there is the <br /> likelihood of contaminating any persons, nontarget crops, animals or <br /> other public or private property. <br /> 3 . Unless specifically named as a dust on this permit NO DUST FORMULATIONS <br /> are allowed. <br /> 4 . Apply pesticides covered by SLN(s) and Section 18 (s) in conformance with <br /> the SLN(s) and Section 18 (s) . <br /> 5 .
