Submit a site plan to the District which provides specific details for proposed drainage and <br /> other such improvements which may affect District facilities and operations. This plan <br /> must be reviewed and approved by the District Engineering Department to determine the <br /> necessity to make improvements to District facilities in accordance with District policy. <br /> No building shall be allowed within District easement. <br /> 2. Obtain an encroachment permit from the District for any proposed encroachments within <br /> any District easement. <br /> 3.
