Prescott Road, 300 feet south of <br /> French Camp Road. (Supervisorial District 5) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Wilbur-Ellis Company APPLICANT: Same <br /> ADDRESS: 13771 S.Prescott Road,Manteca APN: 206-080-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Prescott Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 4.
