Based u ion review of the site plan, it appears that there is an irrigation pipeline located <br /> along, th-e, southerly boundary of the proposed project. Typically, the District requires that <br /> the existing pipeline be replaced with a new reinfo-iced concrete pipeline as a condition of <br /> approval.
