Prescott Rd. <br /> USE: Use Permit <br /> CONDITION( S ) : The Health District has the following concerns on this <br /> pre-application that need to be addressed: <br /> 1 . Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> per-mit and inspection by the Health District, or recondition existing <br /> irrigation well to meet the San Joaquin Local Health District ' s water <br /> well regulations . <br /> 2 . Locate the proposed sewage disposal area lresa- e in an undeveloped, <br /> barricaded area. It cannot be in a flood irrigated orchard. <br /> 3 . If the proposed shop is classified to require floor drains , an <br /> oil/sand separator and an above ground lined evaporation pond, de- <br /> signed by an engineer will be required. <br /> 4 . The proposed storage tank farm, wash pad and recycling area must <br /> be approved by the Regional Water Quality Control Board if the Use <br /> Permit is approved. <br /> ,5 . There can be no discharge of any industrial or liquid waste into <br /> any storm pond or into the orchard if approved for that use as indi- <br /> cated. <br /> 6 . If there is to be bagging or packaging of any products , clearance <br /> from the Air Pollution Control District would be required. <br /> 7 .
