Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance <br /> requirements shall be compiled with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A."Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> f f submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> i Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> !I Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> I a.
