SA(-92-25 " <br /> OF PACIFEX (C/O BILL McROY <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to add a liquid <br /> fertilizer storage and mixing facility to an existing dry <br /> fertilizer sales facility. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and, based upon the controversy generated by the <br /> application ' s referral, has scheduled it for public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission on May 7 , 1992 . Based upon the information <br /> available at this time, staff will recommend to the Planning <br /> Commission that the application be approved, subject to the <br /> following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval shall be for a liquid fertilizer storage <br /> and mixing facility consisting of six (6) 30, 000-gallon <br /> storage tanks, one (1) 20, 000-gallon mixing tank, and a <br /> concrete loading pad. <br />
