Priest Road, French Camp <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been Identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical arsenic and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> c. On parcel #1 and #2 construct an Individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> d. On parcel #1 and #2, construction of an Individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> at the time of development. <br /> e. The irrigation well on parcel #3 must be repaired under permit and Inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division as follows: Eliminate the cross <br /> connection by providing an air gap that is twice the diameter of the outlet pipe, <br /> between the outlet pipe and the stand pipe, or install an approved backflow <br /> prevention device. <br /> f. On either the revised plans, or the Improvement plan show the correct location <br /> of the disposal fields.
