Kevin Delu,the <br /> i Northerly landowner, owns a vineyard which consists of a 140 acre parcel in Sacramento County and a <br /> i 15.413 acre parcel in San Joaquin County. Albert Wollenberg,the Southerly property owner, owns an alfalfa <br /> I� farm consisting of a 97:3 acre parcel in San Joaquin County and a2.46 acre parcel in Sacramento County, <br /> The Sacramento-San Joaquin County line which divides the properties was originally"Dry Creek". Over the <br /> years, Dry Creek has meandered north and now consititutes the Northerly boundary of the Deluro <br /> second creek-"Goose Creek"-divides the Wollenberg roe pe ' A <br /> � $p p rty with about 35 plantable acres off the <br /> Wollenberg'land tieing north of Goose Creek.
