Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test and a sewage disposal <br /> area, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health <br /> Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> C. The existing Public Water System shall be required to continue water quality monitoring <br /> as required per California Code of Regulations, Title 22 for a Non-Transient, Non- <br /> Community Water System. <br /> D. If a food facility is proposed, the following conditions shall apply: <br /> • Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s).
