f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shale be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) The existing masonry wall along the eastern boundary of the project shall be extended to the <br /> southern boundary of the project and then turn west until it meets Building 4. The existing <br /> masonry wall on the west boundary is to be extended southward until it also meets Building 4 <br /> (including the fire access ,gate). The height shall be consistent with the existing masonry walls. <br /> (Development Title Section 1022.4[d](1]) <br /> (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six <br /> (6) to seven (7)feet in height. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][21) <br /> h. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of public water mains <br /> (Appendix III-A and III-B of the California Fire Code). <br /> (2) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (3) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1, of <br /> Volume 2. <br /> (4) A secondary fire access gate will be required at the southwest end of the proposed <br /> expansion. <br /> 2.
