An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $176.84 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 3. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is <br /> $197.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Warehouse. The fee shall <br /> be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of <br /> 7.66 percent. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development <br /> on this site was in operation on or after April 30, 1991.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this <br /> development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development <br /> Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 6. The applicant shall update the hydraulic analysis required by SA-98-74, or prepare a new <br /> hydraulic analysis. The hydraulic analysis shall demonstrate,through the use of <br /> hydrologic and hydraulic analyses used in the development of the community Flood <br /> Insurance Studies,that all property, both downstream and upstream of the discharge, will <br /> not be subject to a higher flood level as a result of the proposed drainage.
