SA-98-74 <br /> Page 2 <br /> D. The proposed wash area shall be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected <br /> in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents <br /> prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time <br /> of submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> E. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. A new sewage disposal system will be required for Koe's Bar under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division because development will cover <br /> the existing septic system (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> G. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material <br /> from premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br />
