Hwy 99,Stockton The San Joaquin.County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic sstem usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department � prior to approval of the General Plan Amendment/Rezoning application(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$475.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. i NOTE: The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated April 12, 2007;however, it has not been approved. B. The Environmental Health Department has no conditions to impose at this application stage; however, future development will have conditions or requirements pertaining to the provisions of water and sewage.
