Hwy 99,Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin.County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic sstem usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department <br /> � <br /> prior to approval of the General Plan Amendment/Rezoning application(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$475.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> i <br /> NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated April 12, 2007;however, <br /> it has not been approved. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department has no conditions to impose at this application stage; <br /> however, future development will have conditions or requirements pertaining to the <br /> provisions of water and sewage. <br />
