D. Open,pump, and backfill the septic tank(s), seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> E. If an existing septic system is proposed for reuse: Applicant shall uncover existing septic <br /> tank and expose existing leach lines to verify that leach lines are not being driven over or <br /> parked on. This shall be completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the <br /> Environmental Health Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $1.96.00. <br /> F. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial,managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> G. Destroy the abandoned well(s)under permit and inspection or obtain an out of service well <br /> permit from the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> H. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> j A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A$196.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> 1. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> E Emergency Services. <br /> i <br /> J. If hazardous waste is generated, submit an application for a hazardous waste generator permit <br /> to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> K. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br />
