The revised phasing schedule will extend the project's <br /> phasing from June 30, 2004, to December 31, 2006. The Use Permit was approved to add restaurant <br /> services and theatrical performances to an existing live entertainment/dance bar, permit an existing <br /> ghost town outdoor historical walking amusement area, add an outdoor group function area, add an <br /> indoor group function area, add retail sales in various existing buildings, and allow special events. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval.
