State Route 99 <br /> Stockton, CA 95212 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Revisions of Approved Actions application for an approved Use Permit to <br /> add restaurant services and theatrical performances to an existing live entertainment/dance bar, permit an <br /> existing ghost town outdoor historical walking amusement area, add an outdoor group function area, add an <br /> indoor group function area, add retail sales in various existing buildings, and allow special events. The <br /> applicant is requesting to amend his phasing schedule, as follows: Phase II by December 31, 2003; Phase <br /> III by December 31, 2004; Phase IV by December 31, 2005; and Phase V by December 31, 2006. <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: On the east side of State Route 99 East Frontage Road, 2000 feet south of Eight <br /> Mile Road, northeast of Stockton. Supervisorial District: 4. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of <br /> the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development <br /> Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit <br /> them to the Community Development Department no later than January 22, 2003. Comments or <br /> recommendations received after that date will not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this <br /> application. <br /> NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing <br /> on this project.
