Mr. Van Buren introduced the project. Mr.Van Buren reviewed the Development Committee memo. <br /> Mr. Pollard indicated that he was still waiting for the nitrate loading study to be completed by <br /> Kleinfelder. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Divisions requirements. <br /> Mr. Pollard asked about Business Licenses requirements for his stores. Mr. Van Buren indicated that he <br /> would do some research on the type of business and fee schedule. Mr. Martin asked Mr. Pollard if he <br /> leases the buildings or rents them. Mr. Pollard indicated that he rents them. <br /> Mr. Martin asked Mr. Pollard if he had any questions for the Department of Public Works. Mr.Pollard <br /> indicated no. <br /> Mr. Van Buren indicated that the project is scheduled for the March 7, 2002 Planning Commission <br /> hearing. Mr. Van Buren indicated that he would recommend that the project be placed on consent. <br /> 10:00 a. m. 3. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO.PA-0200012 OF DANIEL MILLS/ <br /> LM COPE MANUFACTURING COMPANY. A Site Approval application to add <br /> custom agricultural manufacturing to an existing farm equipment repair facility. <br /> The use includes the manufacturing and repair of customized agricultural <br /> equipment where such equipment is primarily used to support the agricultural <br /> economy. The project site is located on the east side of Kenne&ck Road, 2400' <br /> north of Woodbridge Road,north of Acampo (APN: 017-140-42; Address: <br /> 20350 North Kennefick Road,Acampo). <br /> Leanne Mueller, Associate Planner; Bob Zipf, Building Division; Daniel Mills and Howard Bums of <br /> Cope Manufacturing,were present for this item. <br /> Ms. Mueller introduced the project. Ms.Mueller reviewed the Development Committee memo. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicant that he would take a look at the back area of the project and check on <br /> the screening requirements. Mr.Howard Burns indicated on the map where he would be moving the <br /> storage area. <br /> Mr. Zipf indicated that he would be inspecting the housing on the property. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicant that if they had any specific questions for other agencies that they <br /> could contact them. <br /> 10:30 a.m. 4. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. GP-01-6 & ZONE <br /> JJ RECLASSIFICATION APPLICATION NO. PA-0200002 OF PHILIP & <br /> IRENE HENRY. A General Plan Amendment application and Zone <br /> Reclassification application to change the General Plan designation and zone of <br /> two (2) 0.5-acre parcels. The General Plan would change from C/RS <br /> (Commercial Rural Service)to A/G(General Agriculture)and the zone would <br /> change from C-RS (Commercial-Rural Service)to AG-40 (General Agriculture- <br /> 40 acre minimum).
