(Phasing Phase 1) <br /> 10)The saloon building that is located within the ghost town historical <br /> amusement area is approved as an indoor parties/meeting area and as a <br /> retail store selling packaged foods and sodas. The hours of operation shall <br /> be the same as the amusement area. The applicant shall obtain permit <br /> approval from all applicable departments. (Phasing: Phase 1) <br /> 11)Gazebo Area: The outside 200-person group function gazebo area is to be <br /> used for weddings and other outside events. A six-to- seven-foot-high solid <br /> masonry wall shall be required along the east property line adjacent to the <br /> residential area (Development Title Section 9-1022.4(d). Alternative fencing <br /> may be considered, consistent with Section 9-1022.6. No live music is <br /> permitted in the gazebo area. The hours of operation shall be 10:a.m. to <br /> 10:00 p.m. daily. Noise levels shall be in accordance with Development Title <br /> Section 9-1025.9. The applicant shall obtain permit approval from all <br /> applicable departments. Gazebo area--Outside Area Only Phasing Phase 11 <br /> Gazebo building Phasing; Phase 3) <br /> 12)Museum Retail Sales Area: The museum retail sales in the rear of the <br /> Palace Showboat building (1300-square-foot retail sales area (area #2c on <br /> map) is approved in conjunction with the amusement area. The hours of <br /> operation shall be the same as the amusement area. The applicant shall <br /> obtain permit approval from all applicable departments. (Phasing: Phase 3) <br /> 13)Amusement Area Retail Sales Expansion: The expansion of retail sales on <br /> two amusement area structures, the addition of 200 square feet for both the <br /> J. J. Flash Building (#6), and the general store building (#5) is approved. The <br /> hours of operation shall be the same as the amusement area. The applicant <br /> shall obtain permit approval from all applicable departments (Phasing: Phase <br /> I <br /> c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant or his vendor shall secure an approved <br /> business license prior to the initiation of each use. The business license may be <br /> applied for concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm water drainage created by new <br /> Improvements shall be retained on the site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be <br /> included. <br /> e.
