k" KLEINFELDER
File No. 20-3644-01 ,
June 30, 1992
JUS Q 5 1992
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
Mr. Emile Atwood PERMIT/SERVICES
c/o Mr. Ron Weldum
2116 Nord Avenue
Stockton, CA 95215
Subject: SEPTIC SYSTEM SUITABILITY STUDY
PROPOSED SUBDIVISION
10600 NORTH HIGHWAY 99, EAST FRONTAGE ROAD
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Dear Mr. Atwood:
INTRODUCTION
Presented in this report are the results of our septic system
suitability study performed for the proposed subdivision to be
located at 10600 North Highway 99, east Frontage Road, northeast of
Stockton in San Joaquin County, California. A plot plan and
vicinity map showing the approximate location of the proposed
subdivision are presented on Plate I of this report. Reference is
made to our geotechnical investigation report dated February 18 ,
1988, which was prepared for the subject subdivision.
A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that the proposed
approximate 27-acre subdivision will contain twenty-four
approximate 1-acre lots, surrounding the proposed extension of
Tudor Rose Glen Road. A residence with a septic system is present
on Lot 1 of the subdivision and will remain. For purposes of this
report we have assumed that construction on the remainder of the
lots will consist of one single-family residence and one septic
system per lot. Water will be supplied to the residences through
the city water system. Additional details of the project are not
known to our firm at this time.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES
This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as
described in Ordinance No. 3323, Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 9-
10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our proposal
dated May 20, 1992. Our services were initiated based on your
written authorization of June 3 , 1992 . The items listed under
Item C of the above ordinance are listed below, along with our
responses.
ITEMS C-1 AND C-4•
"The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed
development on septic tanks within and around the area;" (C-1) .
KLEIIT06T_ hS 'APRy'rgfe 5treef, Stockton, CA 95205 (209) 948-1345 Page 1 of 4
