State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On June 21, 2001, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved a Revisions of <br /> Approved Actions for SU-91-12 to revise Department of Public Works Condition No. 2.f., as follows: <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> f. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (Environmental Health Division) and the <br /> Department of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water <br /> supply in conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local fire <br /> district. A test well showing that the production well will meet all applicable standards is <br /> required for Lots 7 through 23. The subdivider shall construct a public water well at the <br /> Rancho Morada Estates well site in conjunction with any development of the project <br /> beyond Lots 1 through 6 and Lot 24. The well shall be designed and constructed to the <br /> standards of the Department of Public Works and Public Health Services (Environmental <br /> Health Division) and have a minimum yield of 750 gallons per minute. Lots 1 through 6 <br /> and Lot 24 will be allowed services with no additional well. The applicant shall enter into <br /> an agreement with San Joaquin County to defer construction of the water well to a future <br /> time when water demand warrants construction.
