Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall <br /> be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable <br /> for septic system usage. The studies must be submitted to Environmental Health <br /> Department at time of submittal of the application for zone reclassification. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$490.00 must be paid <br /> at time of submittal of the application. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: A Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated October 29,2007, has been <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department and has been approved. If the future <br /> underlying project is changed or modified to exceed the maximum nitrate loading potential <br /> noted in the study, an addendum will be required. <br />
