Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> ,,pmpodified <br /> qo � %V <br /> ' pEenvtronmen al Health Division requires a Soil Suitability Study incorporating number of <br /> J employees and proposed customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> Q� I ti usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permits (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> Q B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> �^ (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br /> The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Lpc}y� Install cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently <br /> �1 and the integrity of well grout. <br /> �.
