A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066) that this <br /> development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development <br /> Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 7. Fences parallel to the levee and all other improvements shall be located a minimum <br /> distance of ten feet landward from the levee toe. <br /> 8.
