(The fee currently is $1,232.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Service Commercial. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or after April 23, 1990.) (Resolutions 00-433) 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $456.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Service Commercial. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or after April 30, 1991.) (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066) that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. 7. Fences parallel to the levee and all other improvements shall be located a minimum distance of ten feet landward from the levee toe. 8. The applicant shall keep the ditch along the north and the west sides of his property free of all obstacles which retard the flow of water, and any alteration to the ditch will require obtaining a water course encroachment permit from the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works.
