MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. SU-00-2 OF <br /> JVB RYAN & ELIZABETH VOORHEES (C/O MONTE K SEIBEL). <br /> A Major Subdivision application to divide a 13.2-acre parcel into six parcels <br /> containing 2.2 acres each. Parcels to be accessed by a proposed private road <br /> from Reid Avenue. Located on the west side of Reid Avenue, 1,000 feet south of <br /> Copperopolis Road, east of Stockton. <br /> Jim Van Buren, Senior Planner;Monte Seibel,representing CRV Enterprises;Ryan Voorhees,owner <br /> were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Borges indicated that all conditions of approval shall be compiled with as stated in the previous <br /> report, dated March 14,2000. <br /> Mr. Van Buren introduced the project. Mr. Van Buren informed the applicants that street trees would be <br /> required on Reid Road at the time the Building Permit is obtained. Mr. Van Buren informed the <br /> applicants that the Community Development Department would be adding the U. S. Fish and Wildlife <br /> Service letter as a Condition of Approval(letter of June 20, 2000). <br /> Mr. Seibel and Mr. Voorhees questioned the secondary access and the improvements on Reid Road. <br /> Mr. Karam suggest the applicants contact Mr. Tom Gau to discuss these conditions. <br /> Mr. Karam reviewed the Public Works Department requirements. Mr. Karam suggest that the applicants <br /> contact Mr. Mike Calahan of Flood Control regarding Items 14, and 16. <br />
