Any residence or other <br /> buildings built on the parcel would become a breach of contract. Wh I it is the County's <br /> responsibility to enforce the sanctions contained_ in §51250, the Depailment is also <br /> empowered to take- actions against breaches of contract. , <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the proposed lot line acij' stment.
