State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, Lodi <br /> General Plan: AIG Community: None <br /> Zoning: AG-40 APN: 059-260-58, -60,-76 <br /> Project Size: 17.08 Parcel Size: 118.87 acres <br /> Water Supply: Well Sewage Disposal: Septic <br /> Storm Drainage: On-site 100-Year Flood: No <br /> Williamson Act: Portion Supervisorial District: 4 <br /> Staff: Mo Hatef CEQA Determination: Mitigated Negative <br /> Declaration <br /> Proiect Description <br /> This project is a Use Permit Application for a new church with a maximum seating capacity of 1,000 <br /> people. The church will be constructed in five (5) phases over a twelve (12) year period. Phase I <br /> includes the construction of one 12,500 square foot classroom building (Classroom Building One) with an <br /> assembly hall to serve 350 people. Services will be held in this building until completion of Phase V. <br /> Phase II (building permits to be issued within four years from the effective date of approval) includes the <br /> construction of one 6,000 square foot classroom building (Classroom Building Two) and a 2,400 square <br /> foot maintenance building. Phase III (building permits to be issued within six years from the effective date <br /> of approval) includes the construction of a 6,200 square foot administration building_ Phase IV (building <br /> permits to be issued within eight years from the effective date of approval) includes the construction of a <br /> 16,000 square foot multi-purpose building. Phase V (building permits to be issued within twelve years <br /> from the effective date of approval) includes the construction of a 34,000 square foot church sanctuary. <br /> (Use Type Religious Assembly- Regional).
