Lockeford Street, Suite-10 Stockton, CA 95212 Lodi, CA 95240 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Use Permit application for a new church with a maximum seating capacity of 1,000 people (Use Type: Religious Assembly-Regional). The church will be constructed in five (5) phases over a twelve (12) year period. Phase I includes the construction of one 12,500 square foot classroom building with an assembly hall to serve 350 people, Services will be held in this building until completion of Phase V. Phase II (building permits to be issued within four years from the effective date of approval) includes the construction of one 6,000 square foot classroom building and a 2,400 square foot maintenance building. Phase III (building permits to be issued within six years from the effective d.ate of approval) includes the construction of a 6,200 square foot administration building, Phase 1V (building permits to be issued within�.n.ine years from the effective date of approval) includes the construction of a 16.000 square foot multi-purpose building, Phase V (building permits to be issued within twelve years from the effective date of approval) includes the construction of a 34,000 square foot church sanctuary. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is AIG(General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located along a 250 foot easement east of State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, 1,200 feet north of eight mile Road, northeast of Stockton (APN/Address: 059-260-58, 60, & 76; 11130 N. State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, Lodi) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than August 29, 2008. Comments or recommendations received after that date will not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this project, You will receive notice of the date,time,and place of the public hearing at a later date.
