The revised site plan indicates that the proposed septic system location is outside the <br /> 100-foot radius of the passing percolation test location. A new percolation test that meets <br /> absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or the EPA Design Manual for on-site waste <br /> water treatment and disposal systems is required prior to the issuance of building permits. A <br /> permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by <br /> Environmental Health is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br /> Loading Study findings (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> c. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by Environmental Health prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> I number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will <br /> be required by Environmental Health (Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure the <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9, CCR Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 116525 <br /> through 116570. <br /> 4. RULE 4102 (Nuisance): This rule applies to any source operation that emits or may emit air <br /> contaminants or other materials. RULE 4601 (Architectural Coatings): This rule limits volatile organic compounds from <br /> architectural coatings by specifying architectural coatings storage, clean up, and labeling <br /> requirements and applies to any person who supplies, sells, offers for sale, applies, or solicits the <br /> application of any architectural coating. <br /> d. RULE 4641 (Cutback,Slow Cure,and Emulsified Asphalt,Paving, and Maintenance <br /> Operations): If asphalt paving will be used,then paving operations of this project will be subject to <br /> Rule 4641.
