For Phase IV, a lot line ad ustment with APN 059-260-76 startin from APN 059-260-58 to <br /> Eight Mile Road which will allow for the future access road-easemef4 shall be recorded <br /> prior to issuance of the <br /> building pen-nit. <br /> 6. For Phase N at the project driveway at Eight Mile Road, the onsite southbound shared left- <br /> right lane shall be split into separate exclusive left and right tum lanes for a minimum stacking <br /> distance of seventy-five feet from the future right-of-way see condition#18 belowplus the <br /> distance to the current edge of pavement, and shall be shown on the site plan. The project <br /> proponents shall be responsible for 100% of the improvement. <br /> 18. After the Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded see condition#3 but prior to issuance of the <br /> building permit for Phase fVthea licant shall make an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to <br /> result in a 67-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Eight Mile Road to the adjusted <br /> roe 's new frontage.
