The legal descriptions shall be prepared, <br /> stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per <br /> Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. SECOND UNIT DWELLING: A second unit dwelling application shall be submitted and <br /> approved for the second residence on parcel 2. <br /> 2.
