State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee <br /> of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. This must be <br /> done prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 3. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for approval <br /> by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well information as required by <br /> the improvement plan(including a 100% expansion area). <br /> 4. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 <br /> and 9-1115.9. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
