St. Rt 99 <br /> Dear Staff: <br /> After reviewing the above application. I would request the following conditions be placed on the <br /> application prior to Final approval: <br /> 1. Project must conform with the appropriate edition of the Uniform Fire Code (currently, the <br /> 1997 edition)and all related standards. <br /> 2. Fire Department Facility Fee's are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance and Resolutions adopting the fee schedule - SO.14 per sq. ft. <br /> 3. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of building materials, <br /> requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for fire suppression shad be <br /> provided in accordance with Section 901.3, Section 902.2.1, Section 903.2 and Section 8704 <br /> of the 1997 Uniform Fire Code. <br /> 4. Due to the size and type of construction of each building and the close proximity to each other, <br /> fire sprinklers may be required. <br /> 5. The Fire Access Road shad meet the San Joaquin County Public Works Standard. <br /> 6. The width of the roadways within the complex, especially at the intersection of buildings, may <br /> need to be increased to allow the passage and turning of emergency vehicles. <br /> 7. Knox Box security key box shall be provided.
