Commission(ALUC) regarding San Joaquin County Application Number SA-01-41 indicated <br /> TRAY, the need for an avigation easement to be recorded in favor of the Airport Operator. After further <br /> AND <br /> review by the ALUC, is has been determined that the filing of a Deed of Avigation and Hazard <br /> THE COUNTY OF <br /> SAN JOAQUIN Easement does not need to be performed. <br /> This project, involving a self-storage facility with one (1) 1,200 square foot Manager's <br /> residential unit/office, falls within the Conical Zone of the Stockton Metro Airport's Area of <br /> Influence. According to the standards outlined in the 1993 amended Airport Land Use Plan, a <br /> Deed of Avigation and Hazard Easement must be filed with the local governing body's recording <br /> agency prior to the beginning of development construction. This is done only when the new <br /> residential development involves five (5) or more units.
