Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Division's requirements. Mr. Lagorio indicated that <br /> he will test the percolation rate. <br /> Mr. Karam reviewed the Public Works Department requirements. <br /> 10:00 a.m. 2. USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. UP-01-7 OF LINO BACCHETTI <br /> JJ (C/O BACCHETTI & SILVA DAIRY). A Use Permit application to <br /> convert an existing 2,884 square foot building on an existing dairy farm <br /> into a cheese manufacturing facility for farmstead cheese. Located on the <br /> east side of Bacchetti Road, 600' north of Whitehall Road, Tracy <br /> (APN: 212-120-09; Address: 18344 South Bacchetti Road, Tracy). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner, Paul & Marian McGlothlin, Bacchetti & Silva Dairy; Mario <br /> Silva, Bacchetti& Silva Dairy were present for this item. <br /> Ms. Jolley passed out comments from the Department of Public Works for the applicant to <br /> review. <br /> Ms. Jolley presented the project. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicant that a revised site plan will need to be submitted showing all <br /> the conditions of approval once the project is approved. <br /> Ms. Jolley explained the approval process to the applicant. Ms. Jolley reviewed the conditions <br /> from the Development Committee memo with the applicant. <br /> Mr. Darrow reviewed the Uniform Building Code with the applicant. <br /> Mr. Darrow said that the Community Development Department will rewrite the building <br /> requirements. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Services requirements. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicant that after the Planning Commission has approved the <br /> application, and before the Community Development Department can issue the Building Permit <br /> the Community Development Department will need a letter front the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board stating that their requirements have been satisfied. <br /> Mr. Karam reviewed the Department of Public Works requirements. Mr. Karam asked the <br /> applicant to contact the Solid Waste Division so he can help him set up a Waste Plan. <br /> Mr. Martin and the applicant discussed some of the sign requirements. Ms. Jolley indicated that <br /> she would research the sign ordinance and get back to the applicant. <br />
