This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). E. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation serving the existing home and structures under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). F. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). G. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. H. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) as determined by the nitrate loading study under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). NOTE: The proposed storm drainage pond as proposed should maintain a 50-foot separation to the sewage disposal area. I. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Development Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. NOTE: Include a schematic of the entire distribution system. J. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety Code, Section 113915).
