State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees, students, and visitors the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> E. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation serving the existing home <br /> and structures under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> G. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> H. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) as determined by the nitrate loading <br /> study under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the <br /> time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: The proposed storm drainage pond as proposed should maintain a 50-foot separation <br /> to the sewage disposal area. <br /> I. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: Include a schematic of the entire distribution system. <br /> J. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br />
