The plans shall indicate the location of the new water lines that will be installed from <br /> the well to serve the new facility. <br /> 4. New water lines shall not be installed in the same trench and shall be at least ten feet <br /> horizontally from and one foot vertically above any parallel pip conveying: septage, <br /> sewage, or storm water pipe line conveyance. <br /> 5. If crossing a pipeline conveyance of septage, sewage, or storm water, the new water <br /> line shall be constructed no less than 45 degreess to and at least one foot above that <br /> pipeline. No connection joints shall be made in the water line within eight horizontal <br /> feet of the fluid pipeline. <br /> 6. The new water lines shall be disinfected and then tested by a California certified <br /> laboratory for chlorine residuals and Total coliforms bacteria. Laboratory results that <br /> report the new line to be absent for coliform bacterial and non-detect for chlorine shall <br /> be submitted to EHD prior to making a connection to the Public Water System. <br /> C. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on <br /> revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked <br /> on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> Soil Suitability Study and Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
