Hwy 99/W. Frontage Rd., Acampo The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$650 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$130 per percolation hole is required. B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). QC-- The following comments pertain to the existing permitted Small Public Water System: to water demand study that demonstrates the onsite Public Water Well is capable of meeting the existing water demands and the new water demands of the proposed facility, which includes the Maximum Day Demand and Peak Hour Flows or fixture units of the ".,proposed facility, shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department (EHD). 2. The Public Water System shall be protected by appropriate backflow devices, as determined by EHD, from any hazardous water or chemical inter-connection. The location and type of backflow,device shall be indicated on the plans.
