days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four,a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial,managerial,and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R, Title 22,and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> F. The North well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e))as follows: <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe,but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two %4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County <br /> must be installed. <br /> G. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A$190.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal <br /> H. If hazardous material is stored on site,applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> 1. If hazardous waste is generated,applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> I <br /> J.
