STATE ROUTE 99, LODI <br /> The Environmental Health Division recommends approval of the proposed lot line adjustment <br /> providing the following San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements are met prior to <br /> recordation of the deed or record of survey. <br /> 1. Destruction of proper sealing the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> 2. The applicant shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of this Division that the septic <br /> system is located entirely on parcel number 2. The septic tank shall be located <br /> and the leach line(s) shall be located and staked (beginning and end). A paid field <br /> consultation fee of $78.00 is required. This requirement shall be satisfied prior to <br /> recording the final map. <br /> 3. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) <br /> as follows: <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention shall <br /> maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 <br /> inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two '/4 inch slits extending 6 inches <br /> from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other or a backflow device <br /> approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> A DWi5iOn of San Joaquin Counry Health Care Services <br />
