Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 <br /> must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> C. Prior to issuance of building permit for residence on remainder parcel, a Soil Suitability <br /> Study shall be performed and submitted to Environmental Health Department with a review <br /> fee of$186.00 due at time of submittal. <br /> D. Prior to Parcel Map approval and under permit and inspection with the Environmental Health <br /> Department, applicant shall pay a consultation fee and uncover the leach line that appears to <br /> be extending into the Remainder Parcel for Parcel 1 (see Permit#71-026). <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
