We counted <br /> the building cluster's within'one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building <br /> cluster has one-septic systerri."Using thismethod,we determined that there_ area minimum of 39 <br /> r� septic system per square mile.in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br />
