According to Brandon (last name withheld), Fire <br /> Inspector, the Fire Protection District has no records for the subject property because it is farm <br /> land (personal communication, September 24, 206-4). <br /> San Joaquin County Fire Prevention was not contacted by telephone regarding the subject <br /> property because Mr. Steve Dalton, Fire Marshall, has stated that all hazardous materials, spills, <br /> and tank records are maintained by the OES (personal communication,January 5, 2004). <br /> 3.1.5 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding use of <br /> agricultural chemicals on the subject property.
