State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must <br /> be performed prior to issuance of building permit as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is <br /> required and a review fee of V90.00 must be paid at the time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 2. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) Linder permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 3. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of parishioners <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 4. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed <br /> 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a <br /> yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, <br /> CCF, will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115-9. <br /> Fag <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
