The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 2 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space (s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 3 . Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new <br /> development constructed when any portion of an exterior wall <br /> of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or <br /> exceed standards published in Public Work design standards <br /> (Sec. 10. 203 UFC) . The access road must be fully improved to <br /> these standards prior to any final inspections. <br /> JH/CF:hb <br />
